Asphaltplants are built in AMS company with the capacity of 60, 80, 120& 160 tons, in forms of static and mobile and got ISO 9001 (2009)for their qualifications. These factories are 160°Chot and areequipped with standard facilities. There are two ways to controlthis place: Automatic (by the use of computer) and semi- Automatic(staff control it).In addition, the Electromotor and the gearboxes,produced in this company look like the European ones. Availablesystems are:
1- A coldmaterials silo, 2- A conveyor of nutrition system
3-A drier4 - Turbo jet torch burner 5- Multi-cyclone dust- cleaner 6 –Exhaust pipe 7 – Water filter 8 – An elevator of hot materials 9-Filler elevator, 10- Vibrating screen, 11- Hot materials silo, 12-Mixer, 13- A silo to store asphalt, 14- A tar flask 15- A heater ofgrease
